Katherine was the CEO of The Bank of New York Mellon Int’l for four years and prior to that held several other senior leadership roles with in Then Bank of New York Mellon holding both local and global roles. She has sat on various Boards as a GNED for the Bank and has a strong background in European Board governance and regulatory requirements. Prior to joining BNYM she spent 20 years at BGI- Now Blackrock - in a variety of leadership roles
